Worker Files Complaints, Finds 3 Severed Heads On Desk As Retaliation. Dale Wheatley, the transportation coordinator for the Anatomical Gift Association of Illinois, arrived to work to find three severed heads placed on a blue bin at his desk after making complaints about the care of the cadavers. The Anatomical Gift Association, or AGA is a nonprofit organization that donates bodies to 8 major medical schools in Illinois. He's also found sage burning throughout the office, used to ward off evil spirits, as a way of call him an 'evil spirit'. Wheatley has also lodged complaints with the Cook County Medical Examiner and the Illinois Department of Public Health over the poor treatment of the cadavers that are meant to be used academically and to help further the education of medical students.
