ОтветитьGreat stuff! Thanks guys!! God bless your great family. Merry Christmas!!
ОтветитьI love your comment when you said mug up and join us. Coffee 😊
ОтветитьThe Best . Thanks
ОтветитьA suggestion. When doing some of the mundane tasks such as baiting hooks, specify the parts such as hook type, size, leader type and length and snap type. I think it is interesting for us not in the business.
ОтветитьIm sure you are glad that dog fish set done seen that down here many times myself and I love your boat what a troller it must have been in it's early days
ОтветитьI really like the time clock .
ОтветитьWishing your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

ОтветитьReally want you to try out a catch and cook for your peeps in Texas, guy! Love the fishing love Alaska and GET THEM FISHES!~!
ОтветитьWhy do you drive so far to fish? Aren’t there any fish closer?
ОтветитьI’ll probably be annoyed one day when I catch that thing. 🤣👍
Truer words were never spoken.
Thanks for bringing us along on your journeys.
So that was fishing and not catching on that set
ОтветитьThanks for the good entertaining content. Learning a lot about the fishing industry. And a thank you to & Matt for explaining everything from baiting the hooks, to various knots. Even how best to plumb the tanks!
Mug up 👍
I haven't seen so many sharks. Did you get a count of how many you caught. Thanks for sharing, and better luck on the next set.
ОтветитьGreat video matt looks exciting. I guess if you do the job every day it's just regular. You guys do it very well. You are blessed 😮
ОтветитьI remember jigging at night to catch bait squid and a list of others lol but that's the old days sometimes fishing 30 miles out sometimes 300 to 6oo hundred feet or fifth and 100f miles of lines lol those were the days
ОтветитьI wish you and your family a warm Christmas holiday and a Happy New Year.
ОтветитьCan’t you use the sharks for bait?
ОтветитьAn angler's loop, otherwise known as a perfection loop.
I really like how you take the time to get a good camera angle to show the different knots, and tackle you use.
There are lots of little things you often show that make your videos worth watching.
It Sure it’s fun to watch hauling nice Halibut, and it’s nice to learn something at the same time.
As a new member to your channel, I was wondering if you had any idea which part of the bait gets hit the most?
ОтветитьCan you use spiny dogfish for bait?
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. And again, superb camera angle and editing. Thanks.
Ответитьlike the summary at the end
ОтветитьWell...........I guess that's why they call it fishing and not "catching"
ОтветитьShame you guys got no market for dog fish ,in the UK they were known as rock salmon and sold in fish and chips shops, seems to have declined over the years
ОтветитьWhat would it take to get into the east coast market for those sharks?
ОтветитьWith all of those sharks and starfish that you bring up, you could have an aquarium and make extra monies with that. Just saying. 🐳🐋🐬🐟🐠🐙
ОтветитьCan you use some of the sharks as cut bait? If you can, you will never run out of bait.
ОтветитьMan, I feel for you guys when you do all the hard work and you get such a poor catch. I hope the coming crab season is better for you. I do like the new boat set up and it looks more comfortable to fish. Cheers and best wishes for Christmas and the new year from Oz
ОтветитьI don’t mind the slow hauls it’s a pleasure just going along with you ❤❤❤❤❤stay safe my friends
ОтветитьCan you use shark for bait?
Ответитьa dry run once in a while makes you appreciate the good one more! still a great video, best to your family and MERRY CHRISTMAS
ОтветитьIf sharks and starfish were the target species you had a great haul. The joys of being a commercial fisherman .
Ответитьlove how you have your son fishing with you i really miss fishing with my dad
Ответитьcoffee is a great idea ! thank you.
ОтветитьSharknado.
Ответитьbad luck on that one!!!
ОтветитьThank you guys for taking us along on this trip! We love your episodes, thank you and have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS! We will be in touch ❤
ОтветитьWe look forward to the next episodes!
Ответитьsharks and skates............that sucks............
Ответитьwhat was that count? sharks 398 halibut 2?
ОтветитьAwesome weather unfortunately the hooks came up fairly empty or the wrong prey. Funny how it can be great fishing in crappy weather yet stinky in wonderful weather. Go figure! 👍💖
Ответитьdid you refer to the top line over your boat as a bird line? what is the function of this? ** EDIT, it looks like its a set length of line that trails behind the boat with lines to disturb the water above your line, maybe to literally stop birds from eating and hooking themselves on the sinking line? someone let me know
ОтветитьI'm wondering " WHERES THE BEEF" Fishing has slowed down for you guys. Always fun to watch 😮
ОтветитьI hate dogfish
ОтветитьSharks and skate. Bugger!!
