white people always think they know about asia culture , foods and style
but they mess up everytime lol
Boo he wore the shoes from outside 😂
ОтветитьNice color wood
ОтветитьNothing special, too dark, sterile, not cozy.
ОтветитьEs elegante, compleja y sencilla a la vez, acogedora también.
ОтветитьPerfectly designed and perfectly executed. Exquisite.
ОтветитьThe indoor and outdoor tubs are truly so simple, and stunning.
ОтветитьPrecioso me enamoré de su bañera de madera es tan preciosa y relajante es hermoso.
Ответить"diversity of bathing experience" 😶 so, basically, you can bath outside
ОтветитьI fell asleep listening to this, femsplaining and verbal garbage
ОтветитьIt's an outdoor tub. Also called an 'onsen' buddy! And even so, it's not exclusive to Japan... there's nothing 'diversed' about this bathing experience. The architects should let their work do the talking. It is a well crafted beautiful house that really doesn't require them to justify their approach with nonsensical architectural jargon.
ОтветитьThis is beautiful but can sometime tell architects they need to specify counter-height stools - not bar-height stools - for island seating! We see it on nearly every project on The Local Project. Everything else is so considered it really stands out
ОтветитьIncredibly tasteful project. Bravo!
ОтветитьHer voice... So off-putting.
ОтветитьAbsolutely stunning space.
Ответитьwow... the essence says it all. Well done!
ОтветитьI loved this look. You can actually see Japanese inspirations everywhere and yet it's still a modern home. It also feels old at the same time, like it's been there since mid-century, which is a cool vibe for it.
ОтветитьMore exterior shots next time please
ОтветитьIt's architect talking to architect. Bit like some art curator conversations I've overheard. But of course the difference here is art curators don't conceive the work. It seems like these two at least listened to the client. I'd like to see what changes are made a few years later as this aesthetic can be hard to live up to.
ОтветитьBeautiful. I love the design of this house.
ОтветитьI hope you are right about Australian architecture and quantity making way for more quality of spaces and build ... this renovation is a beautiful, elegant example of quality in finishes, light, and experiences for its owners, I imagine. Thank you for sharing it.
ОтветитьWell done!
ОтветитьBeautiful house but if it is a natural park, why not preserve it? I just dont understand.
ОтветитьThe camera Cinematic Is Breathtaking. I'm not only learning some architecture but also the video shoot.
ОтветитьI noticed you had solar panels. I cannot tell you how many times I have turned away EVERY salesman who's approached me to buy into those. Not sure about other parts of the world, but here in the USA we have absolutely no infrastructure for disposal of those panels. Here in the USA, we're famous for not thinking things through to their final end. EV forms of transport is another perfect example of pushing an idea, an invention, onto its citizens fraught with issues much to the detriment of the consumer. No thank you.👎
Word to the Wise: When ideas present themselves, we need to be listening moreso to what they are NOT saying rather than only to what they're saying. Always follow the money before buying into any idea ESPECIALLY if it's going into your body.🙏
💖LOVE IT!💖 Seeing those jalousie windows was a blast-in-the-past for me. I had those in the house I lived in decades ago in Florida. Now living in TX, I never see that style here. They were certainly popular in Florida. I don't think I would return to that window style again simply because they're more time consuming to clean.
Thank you for another great video. I watch them for ideas in concept. Very inspiring. What inspired me in this particular video was the floating aspect of some of your interior designs. And then I absolutely love the bath on the balcony.
Thank you for sharing about the Japanese culture's attitude toward bathing as a spiritual experience. Beautiful.🤩 I was doing a study in my devotions this morning about water. Did you know water has a structural quality about it that gives it memory? It's not "if walls could talk" but more like "if water could talk." Dr. Emoto's experiments prove it to be true! More evidence of water's memory as fact is found in Orin Therapy a/k/a Urotherapy or Shivambu. AMAZING!!
This video is way too short! I need a much more thorough examination of this amazing house!!
ОтветитьThis is really amazing. The older I get the more I appreciate the look of these calming wood finishes
ОтветитьThese architects are the most pretentious, bullshit artists I have ever heard.
ОтветитьI feel the tranquility 😊
ОтветитьUsing inclusive to describe the interior bath, and diversity to describe the exterior bath. This is architecture. Can’t we take a break from this?
ОтветитьFinally a house for humans.
ОтветитьWhat a lovely home. The story and narration is spot on as usual.
ОтветитьWould have been nice to see more of the landscape!
ОтветитьLove the wood and organic design 😊
ОтветитьBeautiful design! Such an incredibly calming space.
Ответить🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
ОтветитьThis place is an A+ in my book.
ОтветитьAmazing house. Beautiful
ОтветитьLove Teriyaki house
ОтветитьBeautiful, home. I love the outdoor tub. I miss japan so much this is such a perfect mix of Japanese and western styles. Amazing.
