Sometimes Quarter Boxes are Tough - First Quarter Coin Roll Hunt of 2025

I’ve been watching your channel for a while now. I’ve learned a lot! I’ve never hunted bank rolls before, but I want to sometime soon. I metal detect a lot and do pretty well. I found a W quarter with double die and in mint condition i still have to send it to a professional to be attributed forgot the year though 😅

Coin hunting can be tough going sometimes, being from the UK I hunt 50p's mainly & have had a couple of hunts recently where I've only found one coin worth keeping.

Poor silver jar. His belly is empty and he’s starving now. Only got 2 wheats in my 1st penny bag for 2025 and a 1943P rusted steel wheat from the Coinstar.

Yeah we all have those days when you don't find anything good. It was a good hunt. You got a couple that you needed at least. Let's hope that 2025 decides to be a good for not. 🤔💖💯

I’m always looking at my change. Haven’t found a W quarter in a very long time, but I have a lot of them in stock when I used to coin hunt boxes. All are 2019 though. No 2020’s.

It's all on how you end the year Rob. You gotta crawl before you walk. I do love me some quarters. I have all of the 83 eagle backs. I've found a few of the S minted business strikes so I went out and purchased the complete set. Now I'm doing a subscription service for the women's quarters PDS business strikes. Don't give up yet Rob !

1st half hunt of 2025 for me was 2 boxes i found 5 40% in the 1st box nothing in the second. Starting off really good for my area

Kind of some dud boxes. Don't worry, the brats will be getting into their parents or grandparents silver stash and spending them so Rob can find them! 😁

1st quarter box this year only had a 1992-S Proof. Nickels were pretty tough, too. Mostly common years, with only a single 1973-S Proof and a 1987 Bahamas 5 Cents. And I've yet to see any 2024 nickels.

How did you get them

My first box of 2025 box was all Philly Zitkala Sa, lol

I found Celia Cruz in the beginning of December after looking for her for 6 months, now i find her again once a week, got more than a couple in a piggy bank

Quarters are tough - but you still gotta hunt 'em! And at least there are still W quarters out there to find. Another great video!
