I fked up my aim only doing aimlabs before i play. I am a high sens player.

Try using aimlab while practicing or trying to improve. Before playibg valorant don't spam aimlabs or the sync between your movement and aim will be trash asf.

Don't only use gridshot try different exercises too.

i thought it was only me having hard time getting out of asc these days even the great gumle is having a hard time . i never warm up or never trained but my shots were pretty good but not every time some times i dro 30+ some times its 10 or 15 so may be ill start train too
