These Tobias reissues really took me down memory lane when I saw them listed at my local guitar store. My First bass was an American made Tobias called the Renegade. Thanks for the demo 🍺🇨🇦

15.5mm spacing is pretty tight. No battery compartment AND no passive mode are total dealbreakers for me.

Maybe Gibson will wise up and get all of Metallica on their artist programme.

Rob has played Tobias bosses in the past, both James and Kirk has played Gibsons off and on for all of their career and for Kirks superstrats (and a semi-reissue of his Fernandes strat) there's Kramer

The MusicYo Tobys were not too bad, I had one as my main bass for awhile, I swapped out the pickups and eq for Seymour Duncan... It would keep up with my Warwicks

Very lot fret buzz please take higher the action on strings my ears are bleeding abaut it, but amaizing sound bass. Thight low B is killer.
