Lemon Pepper Chicken:
Very easy but delicious recipe with a few ingredients. Good as munching in cocktail parties.
Ingredients:
1. Black pepper corns coarse powder 2 Tspoon
2. Juice of 2 Medium size lemons
3. Salt to taste
4. Chicken pieces. 600 gms
5. Oil. 2 tablespoon
6. Butter. 3 tablespoon
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper powder and lime juice in a frypan. Cover the lid.
2. Keep aside for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour open the lid and add 2 tablespoon oil.
4. Put the frypan on gas stove and sauté well for 5 minutes on medium flame.
5. Add 3 tablespoon butter and when butter is melted cover the lid.
6. Cook for 30 minutes on low medium flame.
7. In between open the lid 2-3 times and check the chicken if sticks to bottom add a little water.
8. After 30 minutes Chicken is tender. (If chicken is not tender cook for some more time.
9. A little butter and oil floating. This is the way I like. If you like dry chicken, cook for some more time.
10. Savour the taste as munching in cocktail party or with bread.
