第一道不是炒粿条,是菜头粿,也不是新式的,较接近马来西亚的。新加坡地道的一般是四方块,不是长方形的,也不加豆芽。

ОтветитьThe char kuey teow is hokkien (福建) dish, which is different from the cantonese beef hor fun which is also very popular in Singapore. BTW, the fried carrot cake is (炒菜头粿) is teochew (潮州), which is radish cake. For satay, usually we eat in dark and street side food or at beach side (in Singapore or Malaysia). The key is the meat marination, all the flavor in the meat, and should have slight burnt. That's the style. If we want to eat "high class satay" without burnt, we usually go hotels or restaurants to eat. Enjoy.

Good food like satay, Hokkien mee, fried oysters , bbq stingray etc.

Ответить菜頭棵其實即係蘿蔔糕,其實係閩南及潮州其中嘅方言,菜頭就即係蘿蔔,棵就係類似糕嘅嘢再切條,如果炒棵條,就係類似糕狀嘅嘢切薄片,棵條即係貴刁,發音係相類同閩南話,其實就係類似河粉嘅嘢。😊

Ответить你们真的不会吃蛤,这个味道不是不新鲜。 出国吃美食,不要一直和你熟悉的食物做比较,炒粿条和香港的炒牛和是完全不同的食物,要学会尊重别国的美食和文化。老巴剎的沙爹是清真食物,没有猪肉。

Ответить10年前去新加坡自由行、就算出名的啦沙、海南雞飯、肉骨茶、都係麻麻、玩嘅地區無乜好玩、而且消費價錢不平、所以去一次已足夠、無需再去

ОтветитьYou went to the wrong place for good satay. Lau pa sa is touristy so not where locals go if you want good satay. There are heaps places where you can get super good satay at a cheaper price

Ответить这间不是我们会介绍的炒粿条。芳林熟食中心二楼的欧南园炒粿条料新鲜排长龙。礼拜天假日吃不到的。早上六点到下午两点多三点多就卖完了。可以要求辣不辣,要不要黑酱油,都会迁就你的要求
