Ответитьmuslims used the bridge as movement and supplie root for there fighters and on top of that ottomans used none muslims slaves to build the bridge who cares if it was taken down, during war bridges who connect land to land is an military object it even shows the important in ukraine conflict both sides are targeting bridges .
ОтветитьSo sad to see this. No reason. But sadder still for all the many people of Yugoslav area who were killed in this senseless war. At least a bridge can be repaired and it looks lke they have done a good job.
But it wont be the 'ice rink it had become until many more hundreds of years have gone by.
My wife and I walked over this once, just a few years before the war started. And I am so chuffed to have walked it twice more. I helped a man with a very disabled son to get over the very slippery old bridge. Then I re-joined my wife on the other side. It is one of the things I am most proud of in my life. This was also a reason I was so sad to see this magical structure just wrecked, by warring vandals.
What the MSM wont tell you is why. It was a legitimate target as it was being used to resupply muslim fighters.
ОтветитьNe ponovilo se srce me boli kada gledam
ОтветитьARBiH was using it to cross and transfer supplies across the Neretva river thus making it a legitimate military objective. And military objectives in a war can be demolished regardless of their cultural and historical values.
ОтветитьCurrently lying in bed in a villa 2 minutes from Mostar old town watching this in utter disbelief.
ОтветитьI have been on this bridge (the repared one) last year; and visited Croatia and Montenegro. The whole area is a piece of heaven. People are kind, humurous and friendly. Like everyone of us, they want to live in peace and support their families ♥️
ОтветитьImagine destroying a 500 hundred year old bridge, what idiot you would need to be.
Ответитьthis is what happens when you bite the hand that feeds you

ОтветитьThis is an evil along the lines of the Nazis, but the Serbs are worse imo.
ОтветитьIf I was a Serb I would lie about it
ОтветитьCroat Nazis are butthurt over a Ottoman bridge because the Ottomans were curb stomping them until the Habsburg Empire bailed them out.

Ответитьa symbol of Ottoman tyranny and terror over the local population, the worst monsters that ever walked Bosnia
ОтветитьWatching the newly surfaced video from the side that destroyed it, i just feel a sad realisation about the fact that decades of friendship can be ruined in a short time.
Just as hundreds of years that bridge stood end with few granade hits.
I hope viewing this makes you wish for peace and cooperation, not revenge.
Legit military target, used by Muslim Army in Bosnia to cross the Neretva river. Nobody was killed, Muslim Army was stopped and the bridge was rebuilt after the war. I don't see any problem!?
ОтветитьI na kraju hocete most nazad 😡

ОтветитьSuch a sad moment and such a horrible war!!!!
Luckily the bridge has been resotored.
Bosnian people are really nice people.
Idiotski narod!
ОтветитьRest and peace my bosnian brothers
ОтветитьJust came back for Mostar! What a beautiful vibrant cultural town with rich history & heritage. Painful past, you see a lot of matyrs graves everywhere. Tribalism & nationalism is ugly and barbaric, it comes in all shapes & forms.
ОтветитьWatching this during my stay in Mostar was heartbreaking. Bosniaks have suffered a lot during this terrible war. I really wish them everlasting peace 🕊️ a to all people of Palestine and over the world
