The bias against early Beatles is ridiculous. The Beatles were great start to finish. More 'progressive' production doesn't make a song better. She loves you is just as great as A day in the life. You're supposed to grow out of this line of thinking somewhere in your early twenties, when you realize that (for example) Fats Domino is much superior to Radiohead, even if Radiohead is more 'sophisticated'
