actually love how Keaton wears the ascot in real life as well, it was a nice touch to add to Bruce Wayne, nice to see him rocking the duds all these years later :)

In Batman Returns (1992), Penguin (Danny DeVito) is injured in his lair after his plan to destroy Gotham is foiled. Batman (Michael Keaton) releases a swarm of bats, which causes Penguin to stumble backward and fall through a window into the toxic water below. The injuries from the fall and the polluted water ultimately lead to his death.
