started my channel in Dec. of 2023, didnt post until A few days ago currently im at 10 subs, this is definitely the slow game but ive reached hundreds of followers before which means i can do it again, I cant wait until i reach 100k, working on camera presence and talking clearly, looking into the camera, picking a niche etc. i really just like giving life advice honestly so ill stick to that but his video was super helpful thank you

I heard shorts are hurting some channels since your subscriber base is mainly short form viewers and aren't interested in your long form videos. And your vids are being pushed more to short form viewers, who dont watch it. Any opinions on this?

Pocket Content is interesting. I worked in the tech field for 30+ years, and always considered myself to be a crack patcher. I did all the pieces nobody else was interested in doing, and that strategy did well for me. Sounds like your pocket content concept is the same as my crack patcher concept. Do the pieces that others fall through the cracks.
