Last month I was arrested on a $1,000,000 warrant because I was robbed and didtn' want to testify. After they let me out "by accident" after I told the judge that I haven't been given any hygiene products, towel and not shirt that lets me get out of my cell to use the phone, take a shower, and socialize for 3 days. After serving 5 days in jail they put a $3,000,000 warrant on me. The guys who have my address weren't in jail but I was. LOCK HIM UP!

None of this Democrats have ever cared about the constitution or rule of law before. They're refusing to enforce the law in hundreds of "sanctuary cities." They just never stop lying.

This is NOT about the subject matter of immigration, or the "mandate" the president claims he has, or whether the Salvadorian man is a criminal or not. This is only about the president NOT being above the law and needing to obey court orders just as everybody else in this land. Remember the Constitution set up the US government as 3 co-equal branches of government, the presidency, the legislators, and the judicial courts, and each of them have powers and responsibilities as outlined in the Constitution. The legislators make the law, the president enforces the law, and the courts decide what laws are constitutional. If any of the branches of government do not obey the law, then we have a Constitutional crisis and a breakdown of the US government. So if the court orders the president to bring to court the persons the president abducted in order to determine if the persons abducted were given Constitutional guaranteed due process to determine if they were criminals, then the president cannot on his own determine that they were criminals and refuse to bring them to court. The issue is not whether they are criminals, the issue is that the president cannot be judge, jury and executioner and disobey the court. The court is the judge. Even if the Salvadorians were criminals, the court still has every Constitutional right to see them, and the president cannot refuse to comply with the court order to bring them to court, no matter how much evidence the president has that they are criminals. After all, just because they are brought into court it does not mean that they will get to stay in the USA. It only means that the court will apply the Constitutional required due process and dispose of the Salvadorians according to the law as it has been done for hundreds of years. It is a very dangerousConstitutional crisis for the president to violate the Constitution and still remain in power, as if so happens, then he would be changing the hundreds of years Constitutional democratic government into a dictatorship/rule by a king. Nobody in the USA, no matter what your political association, should be OK with this Coup d'eta and overthrow of the Constitutional democratic government that protected every citizen in this land. The 2024 presidential election never voted to eliminate our democratic government and dismantle the courts and give all the power to a king that does not himself has to also obey the laws of the land.

I still cannot fathom a "district" judge having the authority to issues a national ruling. I can understand a district judge elevating a emergency issue to the SCOTUS and them issuing a national ruling. A district by definition is: A region marked off for administrative or other purposes. If a region is "marked off" it does not include the whole, so common sense dictates the authority ends at the "marked off" area. No? Anything other is absurd and should easily be ignored without concern.
