America's justice system is so fckd up, they just send people to prison with no evidence at all. They just assume you're guilty and pretty much you gotta prove you're innocent 😂 When it should be the other way around.

Hope everyone piling on Richard Allen can see how there was reasonable doubt in his case too. Juries can and do get it wrong, and here's is an example.

I feel like a lot of convictions before DNA need to be looked at again. This poor child who had to testify I can’t imagine what they both went through but she should never never have been put in a position where she was pushed to testify. Going through that kind of trauma Would be devastating for anyone but for a small child it’s very unlikely that their memory wouldn’t be affected by that level of trauma. As for Rodney, I feel that there is no way to write the wrong that has been done to him. 40 years. That’s almost half of a lifetime. Absolutely disgusting

People talk about ppl that have alot of tattoos such as myself but in situations like these they help us a lot. I was accused of stealing from a store that I rarely shopped at. Made them pull up the cameras & the person did favor me as far as being Lightskin & having locs but they had no tattoos & I have many of them. Immediately they apologized for accusing me but I didn’t accept it. Ppl need to learn to get facts before jumping the gun.
