Dips + favorite giant set on Coneline

Recently I have been making sure I do more #intense but shorter workouts. I think when you combine multiple #exercises into one set it is called a giant set? If so this #giantset include #dips on #paralletes #deadlifts with #eccentricoverload #RDL with eccentric overload #rows (also overload) and ultimately bicep curls. Rest a long time between #sets and you should feel the body still chipping for #air hours later. All in a good full body workout. I only did 3 sets, but I am going swim practice tonight. 🏊‍♂️ @ Stockholm, Sweden
