That first condo is way overpriced. The bedroom is small.

There is a nightclub bar that plays music all night close by so it's a nightmare for some of the condos. It's very important to buy a Millennium Tower condo in the correct position.

This would be nice if you are staying for a few months out of the year and want to be in the heart of the action. Better value elsewhere for living in Thailand full time but could be a nice rental also.

Had my condo here 3 years only lived here a year building easy to rent out as well … units not bad and they added restaurant … a lot of staff in uniform and security… the same builder is building 2 new condos right down rd 1 being the Grande Solaire which will be tallest condo in pattaya

A small one bedroom rents for 14k baht in this building. It just doesn't make financial sense to buy at these prices. Condos in Thailand don't appreciate like in the west.

Greeny, the gym and pool facilities don’t really figure into the price of the units, UNLESS the annual maintenance fees are very low. Do your subscribers a favor and find out what the maintenance cost is per square foot.

You state that the building is located in central Pattaya, but from the roof pool, you are pointing towards central Pattaya some way in the distance. Doesn't make sense.

Pros view, gym, pool, balcony and on baht bus route.

Cons: higher electric rate (they have their own set rate), bars and traffic noise, they don't allow 3rd party wifi (must use their internal slow wifi) and finally many people are already reporting sewer smell the pipes.

The base, the Edge, the View Talay 6 is Central Pattaya this place is South Patttaya and its way overpriced to not have a sea view.
