While I do think that the use of using AI in a video about using AI is kind of ironic enough to make it work, I also think that the original way is just so much more loveable. The way different anime art styles would clash against each other, but would come together because of how they are all different. The slight quirkiness about characters actions not perfectly matching up, but still feeling like they are in the scene. Just being able to feel the clear skill and effort that went in to making it. The use of AI just doesn't have that. It's just cold and lacks that heart behind it. Sure, they may look like the characters we know, but the art style doesn't match up. It feels like we are watching cheap cosplays doing low tier acting. The way the characters sit in the scene feels uncanny.

Of course, I'm not here to dictate how people should do their jobs or what decisions they should make, since who knows what happening behind the scenes, but I just want to give my 2 cents. If this is the direction that the channel is going, then that's ok, but I'm not one for it. I still love the older videos, but I'm doubtful that I would truly care for any more if they are like this. (I know 1 view doesn't matter, but comments are here for a reason, and constructive criticism is a thing)

i tried the whatif ai thingie, i mean, its cool but its missing alot of characters, and the abilities of the ai isnt that impressive, yet? but its cool cool thusfar

While I love the freedom for Kirosai to create whatever they want, I also think the main appeal of their edits is the fact that the visuals and sounds are not made specifically for the clips.
The fact that they have the talent to perfectly fit all these random pieces together is the main charm imo.
