This video doesn't acknowledge that apple almost 100% has a working fingerprint sensor in the screen. The thing is that they don't know how mass produce it yet and neither can Qualcomm or vivo. If they could mass produce it there would already be a phone out with the technology.

Couldn't an amoled always on screen display a circle for where the sensor is?

samsung tried to implement display fingerprint in s8 but due to it was unfinished they stopped, fearing note 7 like situation... there was rumors that note 8 will feature this, but never heard apple did something similiar -_-
