Wow
Ответить👍👍Pretty much exactly how I was taught.
Lots of repetition, awareness and a focus on deliberate movements, and "don't practice mistakes" 👍
I just shoot :P
So do as I say not as I do ;).
Iam a 3d shooter we normally have not a flat underground oure stands are every time different
ОтветитьThis is the best beginner checklist
1. Throw away Recurve
2. Buy a Compound bow
3. Put the dot in the middle
4. Punch trigger
5. Collect medal
I need to make a list for this lol
ОтветитьThe frustrating thing is, even though I get better... I feel like the longer I shoot the longer my checklist gets over time! 😂
ОтветитьI know it's off topic, but are those finger covers on a string worth it? It looks so convenient just to take a bow and go shooting without a glove required.
ОтветитьThere may be a hacker who is using your name. He/she says that you have won a prize and can claim it by clicking on the site. They identify themselves as Nusensei 1.
ОтветитьEvil alternate universe Nu has taken over the channel again
ОтветитьExcellent video sir, thank you for posting.
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I am just now learning so this is much needed for me.
ОтветитьSensei, any chance of doing a video on combat archery ? Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat video as always!
ОтветитьEver had frozen shoulder target panic? Can't get my arrow point anywhere near the gold so I keep hitting high, my arm locks up like a forcefield is stopping it from moving down and I hit high. Can't even come in from the side without doing a weird flicking sideway release.
ОтветитьI got interested in archery recently and found your videos. I used a lot of your tips in my first few lessons and it has had awesome results and really accelerated my learning and made it fun right out of the gate. My instructor is gonna set up an ILF bow for me next time to see if I like it or not. Might be buying my first one next time. Thanks for the help.
ОтветитьMy engineering brain.... Oh look wd 40....
ОтветитьI stopped going to archery as the instructors there haven't given me any advice in the 3 months I've been there. The only words they've said is "money for lesson", "stand there and shoot", "you're disadvantaged because you're left handed" and "go and buy a compound bow from our archery shop if you want to get good" with pearls of wisdom like that you can see why I left.
ОтветитьHello NUSensei, Thank for taking the time and making these videos for us, very good lessons. I was searching for videos about how to choose the “right“ arrow for your bow. I did find a few, but they were kind of hard to follow. Is there a more basic approach than going into numbers, i.e., draw weights and lengths? I guess I’m not good with numbers. Have you made any videos about choosing the right arrow? I would also like to learn more about arrow spine and which one to select. I am just a traditional shooter (thumb style). Thank You Sensei!
ОтветитьThe legend is back!
ОтветитьHello NU SENSEI, I DIDN'T HAVE A PRE SHOT CHECK LIST, I DO NOW, THANK YOU, I'LL KEEP IN MIND ALL THESE STEPS, THANK YOU.
ОтветитьYou've still got that forward release and forced follow-through, Dave.
ОтветитьThank you for your advice, NUSensei!
This is exactly the video I was looking for. Despite my 10 years of archery, I wanted to go back to the basics to correct my mistakes that are stalling my progress.
May your arrows reach their goal.
Greetings from France
Thank you for this video.
ОтветитьAs a new archer your advice continues to helps me. Thankyou for making these videos, the quality and presentation of them are superb.
I do field archery in various terrain on 3D targets, just wondered if you've done this before and if your approach to shooting changes in anyway compared to targets i.e. Shooting on uneven ground etc
Thank you. I shared with my daughter
ОтветитьFeet first definitely. I sometimes wiggle and readjust foot stance if my first shot didn't feel quite right.
ОтветитьI just started club archery after this video I have improved A LOT , my shooting is way better in just 2 weeks so sad that in my club this was not emphasised as much .Thank you for your help
ОтветитьI noticed that you pulled the chord right to your face side but not to the mid where the nose and chin would be split, is this the proper pull or your own style ? Your tuition is highly appreciated and I hope to get your answer for my question.
ОтветитьHi Nusensie! I’m developing an arrow pass sticker for traditional bows. Something thin and durable. Would you be interested to try it out?
ОтветитьThank you Sensei👍👌
ОтветитьEver thought starting a series of trick shots, moving targets and generally a more fun way to shoot a target?
ОтветитьI’ve started to enjoy and pursue archery again as a sport because of this channel
Ответить'Pre-Shot Checklist | Archery Tips..'
wow.. amazing.. wish always success.. have a good day..
Another great lesson! Thankyou!
ОтветитьGood stuff! Curious, what are you using for that target setup, is it just paper on a wood backer?
ОтветитьI can here from Shadiversity. Your content is awesome. Keep doing what you are doing man :D
Ответитьcan a lefty use ur bow ?
ОтветитьHey bro hope you have been okay. Saw you took down your war thunder videos and lots of us who play a lot miss your wisdom and knowledge.
ОтветитьI would like to thank you NuSensei, with your guidance I got back into archery and bought my first nice takedown bow, a Galaxy Sage Elite 2. I’m very excited to give it a try.
I was wondering if you could make a video about shooting with the opposite hand? I always was able to shoot with either hand, although interestingly enough I favor shooting LH and even shoot better like that. But I’ve read that you shouldn’t switch between hands and I would really appreciate your input on it. I’m usually RH and right side dominant so it’s a confusing topic for me. Thanks!
Two hands that "most" archers have? WTF man that is soo dark
ОтветитьVery good reminder list thanks
ОтветитьI'm making notes
ОтветитьFor me, this is definitely the most frustrating thing in archery. Nothing pisses me off more than suddenly finding out that I lost track of what some tiny particular muscle is supposed to do during the shot and now I have to re-learn everything.
ОтветитьI had to tighten my elevation setting on my sight. It loosened up from the previous day and was slowly sliding down. I now check all the adjustment screws before I start.
Ответитьthis helped me a lot, TY!
ОтветитьGood vid. But I still ask myself what that WD-40 does here.
