They finally figured out what is wrong, you would think they would first do dry run, since it's all new. Then they (including Ramsey) wonder why it's all falling apart? Hint: they were serving the previous day's pre-cooked food. They had no idea what to do with fresh food. LOL

I had a laughing moment. They prepare really good food (in a machine of course) and don't serve it the same day, they wait for the next to then reheat them in a microwave oven. Poor owner, his daughter needs to be replaced by one with a brain. LOL

Greek microwave? Have you ever re-heated bread in the microwave or cooked a cheese sandwich in a microwave? I heat up water in my microwave cuz that is all it is good for. Ever try to re-heat potatoes in the microwave, it is bad. He is only 41 years old but looks late 50s. Addicted to video games, sad.
