First story there is no state in the union where you can use deadly force if someone is on your front yard grass. In my state if you threaten someone like her you might be the one on the other end of you know what !

My wife is a Psychologist at the State University Hospital and also wears scrubs to work and when she stops by the store on the way home she often gets bothered by people thinking she is a nurse or a medical doctor, she's a PhD not medical doctor. She usually finds a easy way to scare people off when she says she works on the mental health floor of the hospital and is one of the ones that commit people to the floor. She starts asking rude people certain questions that seem to scare them off pretty quickly !

Final Story: Cheryl should be glad she wasn't forced to put her house up for sale and leave for what she attempted to do. At least the HOA in this story wasn't all bad.

Story 2: When someone keeps pestering u like that u simply tell them in no uncertain terms to f*** off

Who made up that last story? Not even remotely possible! Even if someone did bring a jackhammer on site, you'd hear workers starting the compressor way before they started breaking concrete or pavement. And you don't go from jackhammering concrete to bollards magically set on concrete! Need a little more construction knowledge to make this store believable! Maybe have OP leave their house for a week? That might work!😂

On that first story, OP needs to rethink the bodycam and consider a firearm, assuming they're a citizen and not a subject.

If that Karen said she was gonna shoot me if it was my house, I would say to her. Is that a threat, ma'am, because if it is, I am calling the police on you and take a picture of her car and her and submit it to the police, stating that she threatened to kill me for something that's not even hers.
And definitely, we're a body cam from now on to make sure she doesn't try and kill you with her car. Yes, that car is a lethal weapon.

The last story has to be fake, a GOOD HOA?!? Yup, definitely fake. 🤪

I would've gotten the neighbors together and getting the private investigator to and investigate cheryl, because sounds like she's either doing something shady or she comes from big money to be able to afford a life like that, where she can pester people.

The last story, she should be committed to a mental institution, for life.

For the first story, I would check with the city about easements, etc. My parents' home had no sidewalks, but I was told there would be an easement for sidewalks if the city ever decided to put them in.
On the other hand, a great-grandmother put sidewalks on her own property at her own cost. The city later decided to install sidewalks and wanted to charge my great-grandmother her portion of the cost. She sued and took the case all the way to the Illinois Supreme Court. Unfortunately, the case must have been settled because the Illinois case reporter did not include a decision.

Is it possible that the Karens in the first and last stories are one and the same creature?

the "I don't work here" stories have gotten VERY old. Been around a while, never heard of this ever happening. Though is easy to make up.

2nd story, old lady was clearly showing signs of onset dimentia.
As a physician in scrubs he should have realized that.

I was waling through my brothers HOA neighborhood, I have a heart condition so the exercise is necessary, they don't have sidewalks, so I kept close to the curb, and stepped around parked cars. While going around a parked car, an idiot stopped their car to yell at me about walking on the road. I've been told, my face can turn to granite, and it's very intimidating. I wouldn't know as I've never seen it, but it may be true, as I slowly turned to look at the idiot, and say, Do I look like I care what opinions pass through your tiny mind? He gunned away, and turned into the house across from my brothers house. I mentioned the incident to my brother, he sad the dude has written more checks, than his A** can cash, and is being evicted by the HOA.

Fun fact: the first few feet of a property next to a road have public easements. This is so that the local gov can put in sidewalks.

Story 2 Lady has the same energy of the kind of person who knows about someone who's gay, finds out that you are gay, and proceeds to ask, "do you know this gay person?" But her whole demeanor is mixed with entitlement.

I'm a security guard and like OP in second story I try and avoid going places in my uniform outside of work itself. For those occasions I DO have to venture out in uniform I have a very light windbreaker that has absolutely zero writing on it to wear

I'd have taken license plate and then filed the death threat charges
