China rivers overflow, many cities under water! Extreme weather causes flooding in Guangxi

In the early morning of June 13, 2024, many parts of Guangxi were struck by heavy rainfall, which caused severe flooding throughout the region. This deluge resulted in numerous rivers in the storm-affected areas rising above their warning levels. Urban sections of Guilin were particularly hard-hit, with many roads submerged and vehicles inundated. Standing on a high place, one could see that almost the whole town of Guilin had become a vast ocean.
