I'm really happy that you FINALLY found your new home! Awesome. It is a very long process indeed selling and buying house. I bought my own last year moving out from my dad's place after living 20+ years in, and now having to help him sell and buy a new cutie home for him. What I can say is patience, enjoy and appreciate the process and definitely a lot of learning experience along the way. But at the end of the day, all we hope and want is to be in a Zen place and a home that we can be ourselves and enjoy spending home time in. All the best for you!
