I was told that the fins on the roof help to obtain the stability of the car. Allegedly it doesn't get sideways when you don't want it to do that. Deflecting the heat by those fins is probably a "red hearing."The rear wing is obnoxious on the road, but a huge help on the track. As one can see that's not a perfect car for a daily driver, but it is an engineering marvel and it works on a track.

This car and Porche RS models in general are so much more desirable to me then the ridiculous Hypercars with twin turbos and crazy HP and Top Speed numbers that likely don't do anything on a real race track.

WOW.. GT3RS's have a surprising amount of head room.. You being 6'3" and having an inch or two space with helmet on lets me know i could fit my 6'5" ass in one, but i doubt I ever get the chance to drive one lol. I feel like since the 992 came out, 911´s (especially the gt3 models) have become more popular in the "mainstream" social media car community and I often stumble across comments that say, that the gt3 rs is an "overrated" car. I can't put into words how much that annoys me.
I think some people just don't realize HOW GOOD these cars actually are. Sure, a gt3 rs doesn't look as dramatic as a huracan sto eg, but if I´d had to choose a car i`d have to beat the shit out on a race track every weekend, I for sure would choose a Porsche...Jjust because of reliability reasons
Relative to the price, gt3 models are just the pinnacle of engineering - in my opinion

People don’t realize about this car, its slower and heavier than some cars in its class but has a faster ring time because of how much downforce this car produces. You can comfortably go faster without losing precious speed on segments. In a street car that is absolutely wild.

By the way, I forgot to mention pricing. Porsche says it starts around $224,000, which is about $60,000 more than a GT3. Good luck getting either one of them for anything close to those prices, though.
