ОтветитьI don't like the fact that all these people are criticizing her for being transparent about what she eats. It would be one thing if she was asking for tips/opinions on whether it's enough food or ok or whatever, but that is clearly not the purpose of the video. And yeah maybe it wouldn't be enough for some people who have a different body type, health conditions, etc but I don't think it's fair to judge her! Sometimes I eat small portions for some meals and larger portions for other meals, sometimes healthy foods and sometimes not so much, etc and also work out and feel like I have plenty of energy throughout the day, so if that's how she feels too, maybe it's right for her and not necessarily you. She is in NO way telling people it's bad to eat more than that, so it seems like people are just looking for reasons to hate on her "what I eat" videos.

Ответитьthis is like all vegetables. a tiny portion of protein, fats, and carbs from the cheese and the checkpeas in the breakfast, a normal but extremely small lunch, probably some protein and carbs in the protein bar or whatever it is, literally nothing but vegetables for dinner.
what is this, a thousand calories? and i’m being generous. this is not enough for anyone, especially not a person who works out for a living.
i know people eat differently on different days, but every single wieiad i see from her is like this. i know she also posts about how she balances it out with burgers and wine, but honestly? i’d rather eat normally everyday than eat nothing but vegetables and then get some burgers once in none of us know how big of a while.
