Thomas & Friends Wallpapers on Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 in Oracle VM VirtualBox

Well well well... After so many years of trying to find a way to use Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 and emulate it in a virtual machine, I have finally purchased it on eBay as part of a lot of classic Microsoft software. This is my first video of a Media Center Edition counterpart of a classic Microsoft computer operating system in action. It shows all three desktop wallpapers from Disc 2 of the Thomas & Friends: The Greatest Stories children's 2-DVD set released in 2010 (mainly found in its bonus Sodor Activity Depot software reused from the Track Stars 2006 DVD).

This time, I demonstrated the 1024x768 size versions of all three wallpapers since Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 is optimized for medium and large wallpaper sizes. Speaking of which, did you know that four additional desktop themes named Aquarium, Da Vinci, Nature, and Space were reused from Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP (without the Plus! name) when implemented into this Windows XP edition? Well, I'd say it's really cool, and so is the default Energy Blue / Royale theme, which was used as the basis for the desktop theme for displaying Thomas & Friends wallpapers in this video.

Because Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 is so unique, I started off by displaying all three Thomas & Friends wallpapers in the Media Center Edition software since they looked pretty cool in it. Of course, I went from one wallpaper to another in the Control Panel, like usually. Enjoy!
