ОтветитьBOOM! 👊🏾❤️ I have to say I loved everything about this workout (all of your workouts, I've got some catching up to do lol) but my faves in this one were the alt kicks and butt kicks because I have to fight for balance. Also I started to feel my abs kicking in with the chops/swings and snatches which was new to me. Like you say, it all adds up! Thanks so much! See you next week!

ОтветитьHello hello! Great workout! Happy Friday! This was great. I love all standing workout with weights. No repeats. I didn't burn a thousand calories. I burned 730 as I had to modify some things. It's still got a great workout and a great sweat. Thank you for your channel
