Man, I think luchadores and wrestlers should have a legit feud. I love both styles and I think is amazing when you watch a mixture of both at the same time.
Create a good storyline like an American wrestler talking shit about lucha or have the luchador start talking shit about American wrestling. Create some heat between them and let the crowd side with their favorite, then slowly add luchadores and wrestlers until you create a faction. Let them wrestle every week, let one night lucha to shine, let wrestling the next night shine. Let both teams to be pretty even, and keep the trash taking aggressive, mock each other out. Have TLC, ladders, one on one, teams, cage matches, lots of variety, and at the end of the feud, have the leader of each a final match to prove which style is better and all or nothing match, the match should be clean, no interference, no heel moves, no bs and why not? There will be no winner, after a very long and incredible match have both guys lay on the ring knocked out. The referee counts 10 and both lose. At the end both teams show up to back up their leader, the beef is gone, both respect each other and no style is better than the other. Both are equally great.

This is so stupid it’s offensive. This isnt wrestling, it’s the ringling bros circus. Only children would be impressed by this, or severely stunted adults. This is a stain on the once great industry that was pro wrestling. Never have I been more disappointed in Khan as a booker or in this company, which presents itself as “professional wrestling”. No story. No one is ever winning. No one sells anything even after almost breaking their neck. Theres no rules, no reasons for doing any of the things they’re doing, there’s no tension. No one cares who wins or loses. And they wonder why fans are not watching or attending anymore? Yes they’re physically gifted performers and they work hard. It’s just a shame that they’re presented on tv as obviously cooperative gymnasts who have no reason to be in a fight in the first place.
