I hate how in the movies Peeta is just a weak fool when in the books he is smart. He has talents that help both of them in the games. He watches Katniss’s back, and makes her feel secure. They turn into a team. They cut all that out from the movies. She doesn’t “pick Gale” in the first book. It’s actually the opposite. She has no idea where she stands with either of them.

Wish they had included the part where she drugged him.

When you're a little kid, you hope to find a Gale but once you grow a little, all you look and hope for is a Peeta. That makes a lot of men angry. Don't give a penny's worth of care about them. You deserve a Peeta not a Gale.

How Jennifer & Josh didn't fall in love in real life I'll never know. Their chemistry felt so real.

It always kills me in this scene with all the game makers, they just can't take their eyes off the screen, some of them tearing up (same) and i'm sat there like... you caused this! You're controlling this! I know they're under the spell of the capitol but still...

The movies really did not to the cave scenes justice… like I know they had time limits but damn they were in there for a while

You can hear the notes of their love them in the background. Right after he says the “everyday” comment. It’s so meek in comparison to what it will develop into but it’s there nonetheless.

Not sure if I'm alone on this, but I kind of prefer Gary Ross' directing style to Francis Lawrence. Something about this movie seems so much more genuine and heartfelt compared to the other Hunger Games movies.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE KATNISS? nah i’m jp but the actors did so well during these scenes, it’s incredible. they made this series come to life.

I do have to say something when Peter said I watch you go home every day. I think he meant like from the school watching her you know walk out of the building I don’t think he meant it as like following her to her house…. I just have to put that out there so if anyone sees us, and read it, tell me if you agree or not but I’m pretty sure it was just some kind of like a cute crush way.

Man, when I read this i was so into it, like the whole cave situation make the rest of the gruesome terrible things going around worth it. It always felt sorry they cut so much of the conversations they had when alone because once you read it you know why Peeta wasn't only the end game, he was the ONLY game
