I'm not a psychopath but I get it with the amygdala brain.. so much trauma can cause someone to become so numb craving that euphoria feeling again. Its happened to me. Difference is i didnt act on it the way he did, instead i turned to bud. People have a choice to act on this craving or not, it's totally up to them. He is evil.
