Very informative. Doctor I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic -6.6. Starting on gymnema sylvestre 400mg capsule. My blood pressure is generally normal but in recent times it spikes very high for the slightest stress/anxiety. Can I take Mukta Vati & madunasani at different times of the day. Muktavati , mg at night , ( magnesium biglycilate or glycilate 450mg ) , exercise : isometric exercise ( contraction muscles ) (1. wall sit for 2 mins , gap of 2-3 mins and 4 total sets 2. Leg extension 2 mins ,gap 2-3 mins ,total 4 sets 3. Hand grip 2 mins , no gap , alternate hands ,total 4 sets ) ,try with mg and muktavati . Mg sufficient too depends on checkup & records .dinner 6-7 pm . Kapha diet
