Perfect video to watch on a Sunday and i myself think when we watch or listen to other motivational speakers we tend to do what they speak and when we are depressed its hard to refer back to. So we have to create a state a mind to go to just to calm down and relax...Great Video.

Very true that life is like a recipe, sometime it might not taste so good and sometimes it may be delicious. Thanks for this metaphor and a reminder that i can change it up so i can make my life more fun and change things up when I need to add a bit more flavour especially since my recipes have been turning up quite bland lately. :)
