What driver are you using, i got the 256 Gb PCI-E HHHL and the Read speed is above 2000 Mb/s but the write speed is just 250 Mb/s with the windows driver. (w10). There is something wrong with the driver and the access time for writing is 1.462 and i get low write speed everywhere (3-9 Mb/s) with the seq write at 250...
