Very very good
ОтветитьThe narrator needs to learn what retro means.
ОтветитьCompany appears to have gone out of business. Guess he couldn’t sell them for what he wanted.🤷♂️
ОтветитьHow to do Hot Rod and Motorcycle "reality" TV:
1. Make up a ridiculous deadline
2. Make parts impossible to find
3. Throw in some leaks from the engine
4. Fabricate drama in the workshop
5. Wrap it up with a nice happy ending
I saw one of these being driven off the beach and into the sea in 1969 when I was six-years-old and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.
ОтветитьI can't even find this show online where did the show come from
ОтветитьSpent way too much on a quirky poorly constructed novelty. Not impressed with their fabricating skills either.
ОтветитьLove ❤ it,,when I was a kid ,,my dad had 1,,same exact color!!!✌ it was just a used novelty then tho. Wasn't valuable. Lol
ОтветитьCringe people
ОтветитьHottrodders always seem suprised when a restoration costed more than u expect.... bro every car ever gone thru my shop costs more. I always overshoot the shit out of my estimates that way either customer gets an accurate price... or a great suprise when its cheaper.
ОтветитьWonder if it ever sold?
ОтветитьWood love to see 1 with fast engine
Ответитьmy wifes uncle had one in ny
it was ugly as hell
Gee, FYI. HERE'S A PRE-SCHOOL thought. Why not pay the extra expenses to have the parts ,,,. Now read closely.
Have the parts OVER NIGHT. OR 2 DAY EXPRESS. NOT A ROCKET SCIENCE BIG DEAL. MORON.
Great vehicle!! //Lars
ОтветитьDid you ever sale it?
ОтветитьSome folks had one in my Butler Tarkington neighborhood Indianapolis IN
ОтветитьHello I want to build amphibious vehicles
ОтветитьThat’s awesome
ОтветитьWhy can’t they build more of these vehicles
Ответитьmy big brother owned one of this in the 60s in norway...it is still alive
ОтветитьBack in the 60’s my uncle Pete had one of these Car/Boat in Sacramento. We used to have lots of fun in the River.😇
ОтветитьThis is one assume car!!!! I wish I could buy it!!!!! I wonder if he sold it and for how much!!!!
ОтветитьJust take out the deadline and it's a better restoration lol amazing restoration tho
Ответитьthat seemed to be
a god idea
not
2break
glases
I always wonder why they wait until the last minute to build a car. I personally think a lot of these automotive shows are just fake.
ОтветитьWorries about an overheated navigation light lens, keeps the prop running when out of the water so the gearbox disintegrates
ОтветитьI saw one of these in action when I was about 7 years old in 1972. I am now age 55. I never forgot watching it “swim” in the water and drive out. They look so funny looking. I actually forgot about them.
ОтветитьMy parents had amphicar, it was a blast driving on the water.
ОтветитьFor 85k? Its gonna be a hard sell.
ОтветитьI can remember seeing the Amphicar when throwing the Paper, it was really hard to believe a Car could float, it was the same color and everything, just weird bringing the memory back, that feeling is still the same, just weird i say!
The memory alone is worth every Penny, the memory and the feeling is priceless.
Really Cool, Thanks!!!
If u don't like the show.just simple don't watch........but me like it...coz there is same ppl out there ...are negative....God bless to Rust to Ritches👍🙏👍
ОтветитьWhy have car shows decided imaginary b.s, deadlines are more important to us than the build?
ОтветитьIf the cars not finished take it to the next auction there's millions of them ! All high stress on workers not needed thats how job burn out happens !
ОтветитьWas a farmer and rebuilt tractors and trucks. I always rebuilt water pump and generator or alternator .
ОтветитьHe did not pay 15k , Bs.
ОтветитьSomething about this guy that i just don't like.
ОтветитьAt 80 to 100 k, I would hope I'm not seeing haze, scratches and weathering in that windshield glass.
ОтветитьKarman ghia
ОтветитьThis guy needs to stop restoring cars . Just throwing money away .
ОтветитьMust there be so much angst? We watch these videos to see the work and techniques....not the angst and pressure. Yeah, leaks are a problem. Yes, we gotta get the car running. Just fix the friggin leak and show us how you troubleshot, then fixed it. Geez. Once you change the flawed narrative, I'll subscribe. Same reason I stopped watching OCC and Coddington on the Discovery Channel.
Ответитьlet it go to the highest so you won't have to take it back home if you lose some money big deal
Ответитьhe freaks out too much
ОтветитьBovine manure !
ОтветитьNobody can say that this vehicle is not practical. hahaha
ОтветитьWow! I really like your work and these old cars and restoration 💐❤❤
ОтветитьDid you know i really like these types of show, in 2016 my favourite programme was leepu and pitbull they also known as restoration and now i like you programme very much..
