Gas is poison. Nazis used gas to kill people. All electric or nothing.
ОтветитьHank Hill would be proud
ОтветитьNot everybody has a temperature controlled gas grill you need to do one where you cook on a normal gas grill and show people how to do it. The temperature controlled gas grill is like cheating us at home. We do not have that.

ОтветитьThat pig died twice with all those seasonings 😢
How can you feel the taste of the meat ?
I’m crying watching this video 😢
Terrific!! Looking for a temp controller propane grill!! Thanks--
ОтветитьGot the ribs on the grill right now. Looking forward to tasting them. Thanks for the tips.
ОтветитьI followed this with a pellet smoker. Best ribs I ever made. Amazing!! Malcom is the best
ОтветитьBest uncle ever.
ОтветитьThat’s a nice grill
ОтветитьI have a 4 burner bbq, I usually use the two right burners and cook the ribs on the left side at 275deg indirect heat, but it always takes longer than 3 hours. I don't put them meat down halfway through the smoking period, but should I be switching up the burners I use? Maybe burners 1 and 3 to get more direct heat, or burners 1 and 4 with the ribs in the middle?
ОтветитьStep one, buy a charcoal grill or a smoker.
ОтветитьGas grill………Nope!
ОтветитьGood step by step. I will try this recipe to make ribs.
Kind of a turn off hearing how he disagrees with using a propane grill. We get it. But you are a chef/cook. You should have all of those extras.
I don’t have a smoker and it is summer so I don’t want to heat up my house with the oven.
The SPG is what Logan’s sprinkles on their steaks( unless they’ve changed), ani always loved their ribeyes. Equal parts as I remember.
ОтветитьMalcolm with another perfect cook. Enjoy.
ОтветитьHey Malcom, can I follow all these steps but with using a rib rack?
ОтветитьMalcom, everyone knows your the best . I went to Walmart to restock my killer hog rub, I also saw the AP seasoning I was thrilled at my good fortune finding it all at Walmart. Sorry to say I and millions of other folks won't be able to use your AP seasoning because of the MSG listed in your
Ingredients. Kidney or liver issues prevent you from eating many chemicals or additives.
I don’t have a smoker and my wife doesn’t like smoked meat, so I make my ribs in an oven, covered with foil at around 225-250 degrees for about 3 hours or until 200+
Mustard binder, and either a brown sugar rub, or applewood rub. If brown sugar, I lay some pineapples on top with the juice. If applewood, I spritz some liquid smoke on em and let them sit over night in the fridge.
Once they’re done in the oven, they rest covered for about 30 mins then go on the gas grill meat side down, dump any juice from the pan on the bone side.
After about 5-10 mins, they get flipped, and sauced on the meat side with sweet honey sauce if pineapple, or hickory smoke sauce if applewood until glazed.
Perfect every time. Definitely a crowd pleaser
Im used to turn off the middle burner and use the 2 outside burners when cooking indirect on a 3 burner gas grill. will this way not make the food cook unevenly?
Its a plus you have plenty of extra space this way.
Hope someone can answer me.
Malcom is the reason I gotten so good at smoking meat. I support him by buying his seasonings
Ответитьthis guys is fucking cool
Ответить...just jerk it right off...😅
Ответить“Get some paper towel and jerk it right off”…. Pig is happy and I’m confused
ОтветитьId like to know how he keeps his grills and smokers so clean.
Ответитьgood stuff
Ответитьhow did he make the "smoke bomb"? lol
Ответить"Just gonna use a little bit of BBQ sauce"....uses entire bottle hehe
ОтветитьWhat if you don't have access to mustard ?

ОтветитьI made it. It was delicious! Thanks for the video
Ответитьamazing - see you!!!
ОтветитьGot a question regarding the little wood box. Should I presoak the wood chips ? Is there water in it at all ?
ОтветитьLooks great!! You are looking good. Congratulations on the ribs and on your new look!
ОтветитьCooked some pork ribs on a tiny propane grill two weeks ago and they were great. It’s the first time I watch your channel and I just subscribed looking forward to more videos.

ОтветитьYou can always trust a 500 lb cook!!😂😂❤
ОтветитьOutstanding tutorial. I enjoy the simplicity of my propane grill. It's like my outdoor oven where I can keep the heat, mess, smoke, outside. Your tutorial is helpful in my pursuit of great ribs. Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat are we doing with the paper towel again?
ОтветитьAre there any other recs for binding in addition to mustard?
Also what container was used for the “smoke”
