Gas is poison. Nazis used gas to kill people. All electric or nothing.

Not everybody has a temperature controlled gas grill you need to do one where you cook on a normal gas grill and show people how to do it. The temperature controlled gas grill is like cheating us at home. We do not have that.

I have a 4 burner bbq, I usually use the two right burners and cook the ribs on the left side at 275deg indirect heat, but it always takes longer than 3 hours. I don't put them meat down halfway through the smoking period, but should I be switching up the burners I use? Maybe burners 1 and 3 to get more direct heat, or burners 1 and 4 with the ribs in the middle?

Step one, buy a charcoal grill or a smoker.

Good step by step. I will try this recipe to make ribs.
Kind of a turn off hearing how he disagrees with using a propane grill. We get it. But you are a chef/cook. You should have all of those extras.
I don’t have a smoker and it is summer so I don’t want to heat up my house with the oven.

The SPG is what Logan’s sprinkles on their steaks( unless they’ve changed), ani always loved their ribeyes. Equal parts as I remember.

Malcom, everyone knows your the best . I went to Walmart to restock my killer hog rub, I also saw the AP seasoning I was thrilled at my good fortune finding it all at Walmart. Sorry to say I and millions of other folks won't be able to use your AP seasoning because of the MSG listed in your
Ingredients. Kidney or liver issues prevent you from eating many chemicals or additives.

I don’t have a smoker and my wife doesn’t like smoked meat, so I make my ribs in an oven, covered with foil at around 225-250 degrees for about 3 hours or until 200+

Mustard binder, and either a brown sugar rub, or applewood rub. If brown sugar, I lay some pineapples on top with the juice. If applewood, I spritz some liquid smoke on em and let them sit over night in the fridge.

Once they’re done in the oven, they rest covered for about 30 mins then go on the gas grill meat side down, dump any juice from the pan on the bone side.

After about 5-10 mins, they get flipped, and sauced on the meat side with sweet honey sauce if pineapple, or hickory smoke sauce if applewood until glazed.

Perfect every time. Definitely a crowd pleaser

Im used to turn off the middle burner and use the 2 outside burners when cooking indirect on a 3 burner gas grill. will this way not make the food cook unevenly?
Its a plus you have plenty of extra space this way.
Hope someone can answer me.
