SunTzu Art of War is a Classic. With study and practice one may see reduced conflict, and better outcomes in conflict when left no choice. I would recommend reading a strait translation, then maybe 6 to 12 mo later his book. It is required reading at the Military Academies for a reason. Conflict is a fact of life and this book is a wonderful handbook. Judge the content, not the presentation.
