BEST & EASIEST WAY How to remove rusted cotter pins / split pins

I just spin the but off and drill out the hole 🤣

Who built up that suspension? The big nut should be castellated so the split pin can do its job and stop it from working loose. With the correct nut, the head of the split pin sits right in the castellation and there is no purchase for your pliers.

Who tf makes this stuff, typed in broke off rusted in cotter pin and get this shit!

Step 1. Place large fuse into gas tank. Step 2. Light fuse and evacuate premises.

F cotter pins I hate all of them.

both of mine are all the way in and completely rusted/rotted out and won't come out even with a punch tool.
I am buying an angle grinder.
