I love horror but this is ... not horror imo. It's exploitation splatter / shocker. Think we need "Shocker" as a new genre where movies reside that don't have a story and focus only on brutal and gruesome killings of people. Some people obviously like this. I don't. If i'd want to see senseless violence, i just could watch the news around the world. I mean, movies like this are shallow and superficial. Like with rap music videos today that just look like softcore p0rn, distilled to show as much t1ts and ass as possible, these shocker movies ditch the most interesting parts about storytelling, suspense, character development etc. and focus on "bling bling" or the t1ts and ass of the genre, Blood and gore. It's just too much. The only Splatter movie i'd consider good, is Braindead. We don't get quality these days, we just get a shitburger with flavor enhancers. Seems fit for a society that is actively devolving to a lower, more primitive standard. Just my 2 cents.
