My Season 5 Press Your Luck Expert Edition Tournament of Champions quarterfinal matches saw MountainHawkPYL and Michael Bombardier take the victories. Elliott won $13,500 in cash and prizes, and Michael won $31,430 in cash and prizes as well. This is now my wild card match between 3 of the 4 non-winners of the quarter-finalists (the #5-10 seeds). Today, we have #6 Nels Snesrud, #9 Daeveon Baker, and #7 leafsfan18 playing today for the last spot in the semifinals. Scott Michels, who had over $5700 prior to one of his whammies, was eliminated because he had $0 prior to his 4th whammy; Mark Liotta had $4366 prior to his 4th whammy, so Mark gets the last seat in the wild card match. The losers will be officially eliminated from the tournament and credited with 8th and 9th place overall. Who will get the last seat into the semifinals?
