ОтветитьHi Roxanne, i was introduced and recommended to use the kettle bell in the gym where i work out. i am 75 y/o, a former collegiate gymnast and have stayed in fair shape over the years A recent Covid bout resulted in a long convalescence and an unintentional 40# weight loss with attendant sarcopenia and fatigue. I adapted your 15 minute full body workout somewhat using a 10# kettlebell. i find it to be a useful addition to my efforts to get back to work on our farm and notice a welcome increase in energy and strength. thank you!

ОтветитьAt one point i was able to do this whole workout without stopping. Today i only made it to 12 minutes but tomorrow is a new day. Getting back to working out regularly and this is my favorite one to do at home. Thank you for posting it ❤

ОтветитьMy weight previously is 113kg, now Im down to 104kg, for calorie deficit and weekly brisk walk. I’m adding kettlebell workouts as of today with this video and I enjoyed it! Hope I achieve my goal to be healthy this year.

ОтветитьHi Roxanne- I do this workout 2x weekly during my weight loss journey over the past 16 months. After a lifetime of being overweight/obese I’ve lost 124lbs at age 61. I’m 11lbs from my goal weight of 135lbs.😊 I took progress photos last week and was positively shocked to be able to clearly see my shoulder blades for the 1st time in my life!😍 I credit this kettle bell workout of yours! 🤗 THANK YOU! ❤❤❤
