I had quite the celebrity crush on the lovely Ms McCoo back then (not the usual for a white boy in the 1970s South, and I got more than one strange look when I voiced it, but the heart knows what it wants -- lol). They are still with us, at ages 80 and 85 respectively. And she's still as lovely as ever! 😍

As listened to on the Tony Blackburn show on radio 1 in the glorious summer of 1977 I was just starting out in life making golf putters at align factory first job as a 16 year old great memories

I love all the songs from the 70s! They were filled with such emotion.I loved the rhythm, the voices, and my heart was filled with love every time I would hear them.Which was ALL the time.Not to mention goose bumps!!!
