Just adding a few of my own tips…..for smelly scalp use a shampoo with selenium sulfide like Selsun Blue which works very well. For smelly armpits use Certain Dry, it’s scent free but it keeps you from sweating for 3 days. I use it every 3 to 4 days and only use a little regular deodorant every day for the scent. It’s really a game changer because regular deodorant doesn’t last all day during the summer.

Definitely a washcloth girl. I've begun using the GOSHI Exfoliating Towel. It's a game changer for real! I looove it! My skin is so soft and beautiful. Cleans and exfoliates extremely well and not as rough as the African Net Sponge. I use my African Net Sponge sporadically for specific parts of my body as needed. It's a bit too harsh for me personally, so I use it on my booty, elbows, calves and cut a piece of it off for my feet for deeper exfoliation. I still use a washcloth for my ears, privates and butt because it's gentler. The GOSHI works well on my ears too. Loofahs are good for a secondary scrub. I use my Foaming Sugar Scrubs with a soft Loofah. Loofahs for me are not good enough for the first wash which has thicker dirt on the skin than a second wash. My hygiene practices have always been up to par since I was younger than Chloé. I've only gotten better as a grown woman. I use mostly natural products now. It's better for overall health vs. mass produced products which have too many harmful agents. Love Chloé. She's truly amazing! ❤

Oh my God I had the same experience it when I was dating my ex-husband he he handed me wash cloth and a bar of soap never my life have I ever use the washcloth so girl I know that experience. - Tongue scraper, gurgle mouth wash
- layer deodorants personally I like to use a stick antiperspirant and a spray after
- Witch hazel before your deodorants underarms, between your bum cheeks, and inside your belly buttons.
- Probiotics
- Eat fruit
- Cotton Underwear
- Layer your scents
- Use fresh water on your toilet paper to wipe after using the bathroom
