Seasoned Beef
- 800g 15% beef mince
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- smoked paprika
- salt & pepper
- tbsp oil
Creamy Garlic Sauce
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic diced
- 400ml tomato sauce (brand: Tesco)
- 200ml beef stock
- 200ml double (heavy) cream
- tsp italian herbs
Other Ingredients
- 320**g shell/conchiglie pasta (uncooked weight) - boil in salted water
- 4 tbsp grated Pecorino or Parmesan (garnish - tbsp on each prep)
- chopped basil (garnish)
Storage & Heating ♨️
- Store in meal prep boxes refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- When it’s time to eat, reheat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, and stir till creamy!
