Dude i was getting mad becausea shiny roaring moo. Wouldnt apear and then my game lagged and i turned around and bame shiny roaring moon

I did it. I caught a shiny Iron Valiant in a Beast Ball. As annoying as it wasn’t too bad. 1 evening to spawn the shiny another restarting, paralyzing, and false swipe until it finally caught. I did the math, meaning I used a website, I had ~5% chance to catch it.

I've been trying really hard for Roaring Moon and Iron Thorns. I already caught Iron Valiant, Iron Moth, Great Tusk, and Slitherwing, so I'm at the same point in both games. I really shiny sets for both games so a tutorial will make that easier.

Btw, do you use the Hamburger sandwich recipe, or do you use the old school method?

For hunting Roaring Moon, make a Dragon sandwich instead of a Dark. Dark also spawns a lot of Sableye and Sneasel

Not my lucky day today. Tries it twice but had no luck for shiny iron valiant. Don't know if i did it wrong or what. Will give it try another day. Thnks for the tip bro 👌👍

Here from a year later to say this method worked amazingly well, got myself Irons Hands and Valiant in the span of <20 minutes.

i just go around that cliff bit in the cave where you can see the whole circle thing and then jump off and I see like seven more iron valiant i haven't gotten a shiny yet though (bc i have pokemon violet)

My first roaring moon encounter was shiny and I killed it by accident

For some reason I caught two shiny Iron valiant outside research station number 4 and a ton of iron valiant spawns somehow

it didn't work🙄

How do you get so many roaring moon encounters I have only one at a time

Pro Tip: CROUCH!
when you are walking/riding your dragon, repeatedly pushing the joystick can wear your hands out. If you crouch, you can go full speed without getting sore hands. You dont go too fast and accidently spawn packs either. Crouching is the way of ensuring as many spawns as possible!

This method works got it after 19 sandwiches but sadly failed it the hunt continues
