ОтветитьHi Relle. You are my go to channel everytime I need to learn how to cook something popular from Hawaii. I was thinking it would be cool if you did a series where you took a popular, classic, Hawaiian cookbook and try to prepare every dish one video at a time. I was thinking of that book "Our Favorite Recipes" published by the Maui Extension Homemakers' Council. Feels like everyone I know has one. Anyway thank you for making these videos. I'll no doubt be using them for the rest of my life. Aloha.
ОтветитьThis video is 3 minutes in time lapse, you say “a few minutes “ please use more specific time😩
ОтветитьYummy good 👍
ОтветитьTrue blackening does not use oil. I have been blackening since the early 80's.
ОтветитьNot super fresh if you got it yesterday, but my word I did what you said and it was delicious!!😊
ОтветитьThank you sweety! Gained another sub. I'm usually grilling it but just realized I'm out of lighter fluid. I hope I can use olive oil
ОтветитьNice fish. Better looking than this freezer fish I'm gonna cook today.
ОтветитьI'm definitely gonna have to try this again your way. Usually when I do a blackened salmon, I just use a hot skillet with no oil. Yesterday I tried cooking mahi for the first time, and I didn't want to use blackening seasoning because I wanted to try something different. I should've stuck with that seasoning, but still overall the fish didn't turn out flaky and moist like my salmon usually does. So the next time I try it, I'll have to use some cooking oil and see if that makes a difference.
ОтветитьTasteless recipe. On to the next one which can’t be more tasteless
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьJust tried your recipe and it came out perfect! This was my first time making Mahi Mahi. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьWhat can I pair this with ?
ОтветитьSo do you cook it on med or high heat ??
