I wasn’t able to edit the following error out: Amy Lowell wasn’t an editor at Poetry magazine— but she had the esteem and a firm supporter of her career as a poet in the editor of the magazine, one Harriet Monroe. Amy Lowell refused to submit her poems to Others magazine to avoid any association with Loy who had published there.
