As for the souls games you don't NEED to play demons souls before dark souls BUT as it was the first game it is the easiest (*IN BOSS DESIGN* ,areas can kick your ass even more than some of the later games areas.) bosses have easy telegraphed attacks and only few of them. If you start with some of the later games expect a much harder game (and this genre can be pretty hard [still it is all dependent on your skill lvl which at first will be shite so it will be hard in any game you start]) i think especially bloodborne as it seems much faster than dark souls (cool aesthetics though), as for Sekiro it is kinda a mix of Tenchu (ninja games i think from software did too on PSX1,some good games though not in the same spirit of souls games.) and dark souls from what i heard (i don't have consoles and my pc is old so i played only dark souls 1,2 but seen whole demons souls and a bit of sekiro/bloodborne and those two seem faster and harder still i haven't played them so do as you will). So yea i would go Demons souls; Dark souls 1,2,3; bloodborne; sekiro and by that time probably eldan ring (i may misremember the new games anme) will come out so i guess that too. As for remasters of Demons souls and Dark souls they probably should be good but check on the net (i still remember the silent hill 2 remaster and how utterly shit it was so something labeled as remaster doesn't automatically mean its good in my book.).
