I am line maintenance engineer for this flight. I want to tell you truth that air india primarily focusing on putting A350 on long haul flight. So they don't serious about 777. 777 are very old aircraft and it took long time to upgrade them.

Practical and experienced passenger feedback. However unlike USA or Europe countries India has hot n humid climate so passengers of India is not habituated in low AC setting. And during 17 hrs long flight passengers will often keep shades up to feel relaxed by seeing clouds etc rather than prolonged darkness inside cabin or in artificial light.

Hey Sam, I am disappointed with your barely concealed bias against Air India and India in general. Of course, there are certain areas and services that are not the best on Air India but do you not have the common sense to realize that Air India is often the most economical airline and this will be reflected in the services they offer? Have you compared the prices between Air India and Singapore/JAL/ANA/Emirates/Cathay? You grudgingly complimented Bangalore airport when everyone else is wowed by it. The cabin crew was exceptionally polite and friendly with you but you did not respond in kind. The pilot and commander, Mr. Khan was so professional and spent time with you and you barely thanked him for it. I hope you will do better in future videos.
