I'm thinking you need to put some Coca-Cola on that hit and miss because those gears are definitely locked up inside
ОтветитьMaybe I’m dumb but what exactly was the point? Nothing happened. 😐
Ответитьpipe for leverage
ОтветитьSo, a video about nothing…
ОтветитьSee my cobras (and my slim nose) don’t even do this.
ОтветитьKnipex is actually pretty awesome
ОтветитьChannel locks copied the knipex design.
ОтветитьThe only thing this video gives us time to realise is that the person in the video is incapable of choosing the right tool. 🙈
ОтветитьHope he had a firm grasp on something. Preferably with both hands. That test was unsafe & kinda dumb!
ОтветитьHardly anything is made in either any more.
ОтветитьI own a few different Knipex. They rock!
ОтветитьI love my knipex because of the small adjustments and locking, does the channellocks have that too?
ОтветитьI love american made stuff but channel lock just now became compareable. So yeah all my good pliers are knipex
ОтветитьIrs never comin lose turng it in wring direcshun
ОтветитьKnipex is the best
ОтветитьHow do you get them to lock? I can’t figure it out
ОтветитьChannel Locks all day every day. Fuck Germany.
ОтветитьNothing like the Knipex, I own alot of their stuff and love it. I own alot of Channellock too and they are good as well. I only buy their USA made tools although.
ОтветитьА что ты вообще делаешь???
ОтветитьYa knipex may have been the first but that doesn't mean no one can make a tool of equal quality for less although if the channel locks are still made in America $12 is crazy
ОтветитьUse a pipe wrench
ОтветитьA co worker of mine has channel locks and he borrows my knipex occasionally when we are on the same job. I have yet to ever borrow his.
ОтветитьRighty tighty, lefty loosey my dude.
ОтветитьI broke a gr5 1/2 bolt testing like that with a pair of 410g channelocks (new) many years ago .
ОтветитьPoor little stover engine is looking tired these days. 😂
ОтветитьKnipex are overhyped overpriced gimmicks.
Ответитьboth good pliers for belarina dancing💃👯♂️🕺👯♀️🕺👯♀️
ОтветитьSlave labor doesn't only happen in third world countries.
ОтветитьJust got a Bridgeport table leaning up against the wall
ОтветитьDifferent names, same tool. Like Crescent and adjustable wrench.
ОтветитьHad a pair whe they first came to the USA twenty some years ago working as an electrian ,every time they disapered they woul come ; Chanel losk never came back when they walked off.
ОтветитьMan those must be like brand new never been used channellocks cuz that has not been my experience knipex have way more grip I've also used Irwin brand pliers and they all slip unless you squeeze the life out of the handles. the knipex grip the pipe so hard you don't even really squeeze at all
ОтветитьAbsolutely. And that's not even the full tongue & Groove pliers thats built even stronger
ОтветитьYou're welcome.
ОтветитьExpensive but I love knipex. You’ll never want regular channel locks again.
ОтветитьUSA vs Germany ? It all depends on exactly what the item is and how much you're willing to pay.
ОтветитьStupid video
ОтветитьWhere’d you get 12 dollar channel locks at? Their usually around 22
ОтветитьUnless you are a behemoth, this doesn't really show anything. I'm 195lb (about 88.5kg) and just tested this on every set of channel locks I own. The only set that broke or bent was hyper-tough, which were 5 usd when I bought them.
ОтветитьHonestly the test doesn't show what it's like to actually use the pliers at all. Just that it can hold on to something.
Using the knipex in my experience had always been so much more user friendly, and less likely to slip, especially over time.
