ОтветитьI am glad they did this for geroge Romero
ОтветитьFirst
ОтветитьR.I.P GEORGE ROMERO 😷😭
ОтветитьGeorge Romero hated the Walking Dead lol
ОтветитьKirkman must smell like shit
ОтветитьHe will be greatly missed. I hope Kirkman does something for him in TWD
ОтветитьRIP George
Ответитьomg that first lady's shirt.
Guess she like's pins.
George A. Romero was basically the reason why I love watching zombie movies. It's sad that he died. R.I.P George A. Romero.
ОтветитьI'mma go play Call of the Dead now.
ОтветитьThe first time I saw "Night Of The Living Dead" was 10pm Saturday night on KTLA ch.5's "Shock Theater". The movie was slightly edited. With the possible exception of "Godzilla: King Of The Monsters", I had never been so engrossed by a black & white movie. The rest ( for both genre's ) as they say is history. R.I.P. George Romero & Ishiro Honda.
ОтветитьWould have loved to see a cameo
Ответитьi grew up loving george Romero movies the first one i seen i was about 8 or 9 years old im 35 now and it was the color night of the living dead 1990 and thats the movie that started it all for me i love night day and dawn all classics i met george and the original night of the living dead cast and got all their autographs and my picture taken back in 08 very awesome experience im a huge horror fan and zombie fan I've seen pretty much all the good zombie films there r to see another one of my favs is 1979 lucio fulci's zombi another great zombie director right up there with george and return of the living dead another favorite i was sad to hear about the passing of george but he lived a great life and a fairly long life and made alot of movies and fans his fans loved his movies and him and at least before he passed he knew that much so rip george a romero gone but not forgotten and u will go down in history as the man who created zombie films
ОтветитьMy first Romero film was Land of the Dead
ОтветитьThe other cast members probably never even watched George Romero's movies! GREG Nicotero on the other hand has worked with George Romero and was in Day of the Dead. I saw him last weekend at the Living dead Weekend in Monroeville Pa.
ОтветитьTWD has crappy writers
Ответитьremembering george romero, even though yall never paid him, credited him, mentioned him, easter egg'd him or any of the dead films, and then only offered him 1 episode to direct? fuck you
ОтветитьCan you imagine if they put rick grimes in dawn of the dead 2004 or land of the dead back then would be crazy
ОтветитьI met Eugene Clark who played the zombie big daddy in Land of the Dead and he told me it hurt when he found out George had passed away and I told him I was working at an amusement park in southern ga near where I live and I saw it on Facebook that George had died and it was a very sad day for a lot of zombie fans.
But I also asked Eugene if George were still alive and if he were to make another zombie and wanted him to come back for it, and he told me "oh, yes. I'd go for it. I'd really like to work with him again."
Interesting fact: the amusement park I was working at was the same one where they made zombieland.
Even though, George wasn't involved in that movie, but
It's an inspiration to his legacy
If you could call it Greg Nicotero's First Major Breakout Role, it was a Bit Part in George Romero's 3rd ZOMBIE Film DAY OF THE DEAD in 85. Greg had Good amount of Scenes in that Movie.
ОтветитьI'm watching walking dead today ( December 16,2022) because I saw this guy's name in the season 8 Episode 1 ending. I didn't start watching walking dead untill early this month and I got hooked so now I realize what I missed all these past years.
ОтветитьThe Night of the Living Dead remake from 1990 directed by Tom Savini is literally a mirror image of The Walking dead...especially the farm season with Maggie and Herschel the cinematography ,atmosphere, everything is a complete rip off because Greg and Tom are great friends but i feel they could have done more to honor George personally...since they owe the 2 George and Tom literally everything for the success of the show basically
